Our Levels of Communication

We provide 3 levels of remote service, ranging from minimal disturbance to a full-approval model, so you're sure to find something that works for you.

The Full Approval Model

Clients who prefer regular oversight of their household management can select this level of service. The Well Ordered Home team will check in frequently, seeking approvals for all decisions related to household tasks and management.

What’s Included?

  • Frequent Communication: Regular updates and confirmations before proceeding with tasks.

  • Detailed Task Management: Every decision, from hiring service providers to making purchases, will be run past the client.

  • Full Transparency: Clients have access to all records and decisions.

The Partial Approval Model

In this approach, clients can pre-approve specific types of tasks, allowing The Well Ordered Home to handle day-to-day operations independently, with check-ins on certain major decisions or changes.

What’s Included:

  • Pre-Approved Task Management: Regular household tasks such as scheduling services, placing orders, and managing deliveries will be done without needing approval.

  • Key Approvals for Major Decisions: Significant financial commitments or long-term changes will require client input.

  • Monthly Reports: Clients receive detailed monthly reports on what’s been accomplished and planned.

The Fully Hands-Off Approach

This is the ultimate convenience for clients who want minimal involvement. After an initial 3-month feedback period, The Well Ordered Home will operate autonomously, making decisions on behalf of the client based on prior preferences, routines, and feedback loops.

What’s Included:

  • Initial Setup and Feedback Loop: The first 3 months involve close collaboration to understand preferences, routines, and specific needs.

  • Autonomous Decision-Making: Once established, The Well Ordered Home will manage everything — from handling service providers to financial commitments — with minimal client input.

  • Minimal Disturbance: The aim is to free the client from any need to manage. Monthly reports are sent, but approvals are rare unless required for legal or significant financial reasons.
